At WeschTools we created a warranty to be simple and to the point.
WeschTools is so confident in our products we can offer a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser. If a problem occurs with any product of WeschTools simply return the product to us. The product must be returned with the original sales receipt, freight prepaid.
When WeschTools receives the product with the original receipt, WeschTools will conduct an evaluation to determine whether such problem is covered by this warranty. When it is determined such problem is covered under WeschTools Limited Lifetime Warranty, WeschTools will decide at it’s discretion whether to repair, replace or refund the original purchase price of the product. Consumer acknowledges these are the only remedies offered under this warranty and such choice of remedy will be decided by WeschTools. If WeschTools determines a product has been abused, misused, damaged or used for purposes it was not intended this warranty will be null and void.
WeschTools’ liability under this warranty, whether caused by product defect, design or negligence will be limited at WeschTools option to repair, replace or refund the original purchase price of the product. WeschTools will not be liable for any amount in excess of the original purchase price. WeschTools will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages, losses and/or costs incurred by purchaser or others.
This warranty excludes all hardware (nuts, bolts, washers etc.)
This is the only warranty given by WeschTools. All other warranties, expressed or implied are disclaimed.
